Finally done...

I don't know for how long I've been working on this painting, but for sure it took looong... :'D
My main problem was that I had not enough time to really work on this piece, the other was that I was never satisfied with it. In these several months(?) that passed by, I have at least 10 versions of this painting, one looking stranger than the other. As you can see, it is quite different from my original idea (this is more bright, the colours have changed and the person also looks different). I also experimented a lot with different effects.

At the end when I finally finished my paining I felt exhausted, relieved and content at the same time. All what I wanted is to save it as a jpg-file and upload it to DeviantArt. But... I forgot that I always have a big problem with it. All my paintings look just fine in Photoshop, but as soon as I save it as a jpg-file and open it, the colours look oversaturated and dark. Not only when I open the file but also when I upload it to DA the colours change. I've googled for a solution and found a comment that helped me a bit. Now my painting looks alike my painting in Photoshop, but it still looks odd when I view my jpeg-file.

Because one of my friends has her birthday, I want to give her a printed version of my painting. But I'm not sure if the colours will look alright...
If someone maybe knows how to solve this problem, please leave a comment or a note for me. Thank you in advanced.
