A very very rough animation of Loraile's head turning. This is my very first attempt with character animation. My thoughts? It could be so much worse XDRelated content

The action looks a bit choppy - Perhaps it needs a few more inbetween frames so that Loraile's head doesn't appear to "jerk" too quickly to the left but all in all, a nice simple Pencil Test animation. With your draftsmanship skills, I have no doubt that you may be on par someday with some of the animators (Like Glen keane) at the Walt Disney Studio -> www.youtube.com/watch?v=xOVlVF⦠!

Funny how were both animating currently , the key to animation is 2 things 1 being able to draw your char in any angle . and patience XD cant wait to see what your building this up for .

Very nice dude! For some animation tips, I would suggest extending some of the frames at the end of the head turn, to give it a little bit more of an anticipation. And maybe adding another in-between for the turn too, it seems a little too fast right now.
But still, some very nice animation! Hope to see more soon!

Well the great thing about extending frames is that it's so easy lol, just click once or twice and BAM instant improvement XD

hey, do you want to know a funny thing? the animation on my computer is slower and feels more organic. The one here on deviantart is faster. Weird huh? It's the same gif. Maybe it's a browser thing

It could be a rendering issue, I've seen this happen when you have to downsize or compress animation.

I thought you meant adding more frames as more in betweens, which requires a new drawing each. If you meant to stretch the frames, then I misunderstood 
I am pretty sure I will experiment more with rough animation, and maybe then I'll make something I've had in store for half a decade now.
