Who is this mysterious masked vigilante? Well, he's a young man who lives in the country of England where he's called an outcast and hides in the streets to avoid attention.

He has the ability to turn any form of smoke or steam and reverses it to it's original source using that element as his super powers to fight off anyone including criminals.

His backstory could be that when he was a child, he was in an orphan who once lived in an orphanage with other kids. His real name was Eric. He was always a loner because the kids would pick on him and no one would ever adopt him because of how he wears a mask to cover is face in order for him to breathe better. The reason for that is because he is super sensitive to any kind of air, not all. It was around those years that he had discovered his powers and which had caused a sudden outburst to send the orphanage in flames. Not many survived the flames. But, no one knows if he had ever survived at all. But, as time went on, he had come to live in the streets of London on his own until homeless adults find him and bring him underground to live with them and work for them. He soon started to adapt his vigilante form and began to fight anyone that tried to pull a punch on him. One day would come when he would have to become the hero that London needs as villains with either supernatural powers, magic, machines, or by any means would threaten the city and beyond.

The kind of villains that I thought he could fight would be those from normal criminals, fantasy, and science somewhere wrapped into one.
