When you scan it, you can use "Levels" on photoshop to contrast the grey in black, so to make it more visible.

Yeah, the everyday struggles I go through as an artist. Thanks for the tip, it might be difficult to scan it because my drawing does not perfectly fit the scanner but I'll see what I can do.
