The lines on Aku are done really clean and all, but gets a tad bit messy in certain spots on Jack. It's worse on the background, though. You should have gone with fully filled gray shapes instead of the hatched shading, it just feels out of place, mainly due to the clear black figure of Aku.
Jack also doesn't seem to be jumping towards Aku / facing him. I think it's mainly the huge hand that distorts the perspective, but also how Jack's sword goes over the black bars. I think if you'd have shown Aku's head thingies going over it as well (with a white outline or something like that, obviously), they would have seemed more on the same level.
Nevertheless, the composition still rocks and Jack looks good too, nice job with the folds and all that.
