Description
The majesty of draconian armor. Look how magnificent it is. It glistens in the sunlight... Does that sound like the description of a piece of video game armor? The first person to make a cosplay of Princess Ember with her armor gets a metaphorical cookie from me. Metaphorical cookies are the best, right next to hypothetical muffins.

Is it allowed to Use for Bases/Make a Base out of as long as the person credits you and hasbro?

Well, on one hand, I myself don't typically condone bases of my vectors, so you would already be out of luck there.
On the other hand, if someone else says it's okay for you to use their work for whatever, then that protocol you've got there would probably suffice. Though I've never seen the part about crediting Hasbro as being particularly necessary, since it would be pretty obvious that some randomer on the internet didn't invent the My Little Pony franchise, which dates all the way back to the 1980s or so. Unless either your audience consists mostly of grandparents who don't know any better, or if you've got legal hounds tailing you 24/7 that you need to ward off in as many ways as possible.
tl;dr - No, you can't make bases from my vectors. Your protocol's up to snuff though, so you could probably ask someone else.

You don't need to post two comments in separate places like that, just the one on the image in question is sufficient enough.
Regardless, as long as you give credit, sure.

Uh...?
Are we talking about princess stereotyping? Because I'm sure there a good number of fiction princesses already in existence that broke that stereotype.
Heck, you can even take Merida from the Disney film Brave as an example.

I'm talking about those sexist meanies of society. Any mom who's blogged about buying certain toys and/or clothing of a certain franchise for her children (only to receive harsh criticism) or a brony who's been to 4chan knows what I'm talking about.
And no, I'm not referring to princesses specifically; speaking of which, if I was, then of course I'm talking pre-2008-2010.
Well done vector btw
