Rares, in quite a flashy outfit, and strapped with some flashy equipment. Sets quite a fashion statement, wouldn't you say.

Part 4 of this series; I feel like the outfit and equipment is specific enough to where it may be real easy for some people to guess who this is. Or maybe not. I know there's a precedent for it, at least.

EDIT 6 months and 3 weeks later: Someone finally guessed it! Rares' outfit here is based after Mami Tomoe from Madoka Magica, and the way this relates to FNF is that I first saw her via a mod for that game which adds her. (I've not seen the anime before, but I think I may have heard of its name before) I picked her for this set because, well, how do you just see a girl wielding six floating muskets and not go "Woah, that's gnarly, broseph"; her outfit's nice though. And I paired her with Rarity, because I guess fancy clothing and curled hair. Also there's a definite chance Rarity may be the type to use a fancy gun like this.

(also it only took like 18 minutes from upload for the folks on derpibooru to guess it)
