Woah! Now this one is way more trippy, and very very cool to look at.
I'd have to say this is by far your most abstract artwork, very MC Escher in construction. Buildings warped and faded in the background or perhaps mere gridlines marked with sigils if the right side of the artwork is to be believed.
Then of course we come back to the human face, a symbol that we as a viewer can latch onto as a tangible concept.
I have to admit, I was hesitent to comment on this out of fear that I simply lacked any artistic knowledge on how to even begin to interpret the unspoken word evoked by just how warped the artwork is and found myself studying this for quite some time. But truthfully I couldn't figure out what it was that I was supposed to be seeing outside of girl and vaguely defined shapes that I tried to pieces together like a distorted puzzle.
It was only after taking a look at her expression and a cursory glance at the title that I my brain suddenly kicked into overdrive as it finally hit me.
'Say Again?'
That query of abject confusion just let all the pieces fall into place for me because I came to realize that in the case of artwork like this, interpretation and reinterpretation is key to understanding that its vagaries do not have a defined meaning, but rather meaning that's instead defined by ones own perception.
I brought it up before, but upon first glance I thought those background elements in the lower half of the artwork were meant to reflect a distorted building only to later see it as instead a puzzle with coded sigils written across them. My mind coming to two different conclusions by simply taking a different approach to how I wanted to interpret the artwork.
There is a very distinct possibility that I'm overanalyzing this and my convoluted conclusions might be the result of my brain slowly dwindling away its sanity trying to figure out this fantastic puzzle of an image, but let it be known Sketch that this is by far one of your more complex bits of artwork and for as experimental as you might've been in this time period of your artwork I will say that it definitely lead you to creating some really intriguing pieces of art that made me feel so much joy in even being able to witness them.
Fantastic work my friend... Now if you'll excuse me, I need to stop myself from falling into the depths of madness.

I really can't explain how bleddy amazing your comments are! They really are such a joy to read and give me so much motivation to continue working hard and have fun while working hard!x3
It wasn't until I saw your comments on these older pieces that I decided to look through them again. It's fascinating remembering the phases I went through, how my style and visual preferences have changed and morphed, how my feelings for these pieces have changed since when I first drew them...it's all really cool to me xD
I remember this piece in particular. It actually started as a bit of scratch paper I used underneath another smaller sized drawing I did on top of it xD However, for whatever reason, the stray pencil marks from going off the edges of the drawing on top and the smudged graphite from the side of my hand compelled me to create something from it. Thus, this piece was create by connecting the disjointed lines to make a face. It was definitely a memorable experience for me and I'm so happy it could be one for you as well! (>-<)

That honestly makes me smile seeing you so hyped up to keep on drawing and creating works of art. ^^ your positivity is infectious Sketch.
If nothing else I'm more than happy to see your thought processes when creating your older works comparatively to now with the vast experimentalism before you found your feet and defined your style. And in the case of this artwork in particular, you've created an interesting puzzle worth solving.
