Final Project for my Drawing II class: Series Progression.Done with Watercolor and Plastic for creating patterns. Done on 18x24 watercolor paper.

Love the skewed perspective and the bleed with the watercolours. Very evocative with the subject matter, it has a surreal, real feel to it.
The ceremonial cross ? has almost a Elizabethan type feel to it with the cinched collar at the base of the cross

Ahh! Thank you so much!! It means a lot to see these pieces getting some love too. I don't usually this kind of surrealist work so it was definitely a challenging project so I'm really happy that the designs are able to provoke some really cool reactions! x)

these kind of abstract artworks reminds me of the comic Fell (a great crime read, but piss off cliffhanger due to being shelved incomplete and indefinitely) as well as HellSpawn (one of the few Spawn comics that still holds up really well) and i love it all.
