Really good! I especially like the detail in Clayface's face. My only gripes are A) Batman's face looks funny, and B) I prefer black and grey batman, the blue looks a tad silly to me.

The splash pattern isn't quite right. At a glance, it looks like Batman is being sucked up by a giant fur monster. You could rationalize that Clayface is utilizing his body in amzing and wonderful ways.
Also, I'm not certain what's going on with Bats' left thumb...
