Here is a sketch I did for practice, I'm trying to play with color lately. Its been pretty hard to push myself to another level, but What helps me out is being inspired by all the awesome artists on the net. Amazing! Most of your artworks has the "essence" which an artwork should have , imho. So, I congratulate you on your hardwork, please just keep up!
I got only one thing, which is... I got a feeling like if it's "not completed" with some of your artworks, so if you ask my opinion you should work a little more on each artwork of yours even after you are satisfied with it. Just try to focus on improving the artwork by adding some new details and sometimes by adding more figures to your scenes without making it "too crowded", if you know what I mean. Make a good plan for your scenes from the very beginning and don't be afraid to explore and linger on a single artwork of yours, my friend.
Just go on, practice everyday and never give up!

I love the complementary palette and the overall style of this piece. The gnarly teeth are my favorite and the texture on them is sick.
