I redesigned and repurposed an old character of mine. Originally named Vista, later changed to Vinna, now she is just Vinn.

Lives on planet Refugia, planet of Refugees from the irken war (actually called Rajali but irkens call it Refugia)
Is thus a rebel
Eyes aren't real. Her real ones were damaged beyond repair and then forcibly removed. Has replacement prosthetics.
Is probably the only not-idiot of my IZ crew
boots are built to magnify and analyze vibrations to see the solid world around her (not unlike Toph's ability I confess)
not much else tbh
