In my Team's Story line there often asked to clear out buried ruins of multiple lost civilizations and certain ruins sometimes have mechanical pokemon patrolling them that attack anyone who enters on sight but the never leave the ruins there in. The Elysian ruins have Reaperbots and this Scizor is one of them and it's malfunctioning.
