This picture makes me so sad lol. I remember when I was working on it how much I loved it. Looking at it now I see hardly anything I like. Plus, I accidently saved over the file with a pitiful gif for an icon ;___; Anyways I hate the bg it was a space filler and sadly my girl shall remain forever unfinished.

Cerulean (Ceru for short) has been an original character I've been toying with for years and only in the past few months been somewhat satisfied with her appearance. She's what I just called a blade dancer, but she's a royal guard of sorts. Anyways I've always wanted to animate her because I always thought she had the potential to be poetry in motion. I doubt it'll ever happen though hehe. Anyways. Expect more of her and some of her fellow story mates I really want to do more art of all of them!

Please don't suggest things for the bg, as I cannot fix it nor do I wish to try at this point I just want to move forward with new art.
