Suzie's hair is a weird thing.  I never really liked the blue, so I wrote that off as an "Okay she was experimenting but never really kept going with it" thing.

Yeahhh, that's... kinda... the general idea of Niko... sorta...  This is all probably a couple years after the weight gain story with Suzie, and like I said, I don't like what I did with niko's head, it looks rushed, probably because it was, because I can't draw ponytails good.

As a general rule, think of our little plump mouse friend as a ball of clay, she changes a lot and very easily?

I don't know what this is, I like it but I don't like it, but wrawrwarrhh... ARTISTSSSREMOORASSESEEES.

Well, hair color is cosmetic. Easily changeable.

I should've figured considering how big Suzie is at this point (in terms of weight, that is). Originally, she was only planning on gaining a layer or two of fat, but I guess she came to like it so much that she just kept going. It doesn't look like Niko minds at all. As for his design, well, it's only the first time you've drawn him, so we'll say you just haven't nailed down his final look yet.

Plus, she's squishy and malleable.

I think you're fine with Suzie's design, but unsatisfied with Niko's. That's just a part of the process of artistic development. We have a tendency to pick up on the flaws of our previous work as a way of learning how to correct such mistakes in the future. Don't beat yourself up.

So, she pretty much just keeps getting fatter and fatter? She doesn't have a default weight. I can't imagine that being healthy. How has she not become an immobile blob? I'd be fine with her weight fluctuating, but it might be a good idea to have a set size for her to hover around.

Her weight sorta plateaus after a while, but she still keeps growing ever so slowly.  At the very beginning the changes are remarkably noticeable, even between weeks.  But after a while, let's speculate, assuming in this picture Suzie and Niko have been together in the same place for three years, she might gain a mere inch throughout a couple months, but hey, an inch is an inch.

And i'm not saying the rest of her life either.

(In case you haven't noticed, I have no idea what i'm doing, I just roll with things.  If this was professional I'd take the details into account, but I enjoy the mental exercise of trying to think of reasons for things you bring up, so don't be discouraged from continuing to do it, I realize it's making me a better person in the process.)

OK, that makes sense. Yes, I can imagine they would be. Five large deep dish pizzas were enough to nearly morph her whole appearance with the layer of fat she put on. Naturally, she stuck with her plan and gained a second layer, but I guess after that she came to enjoy the way it felt so much that she decided to gain another layer, and another, and so on, until she became the voluptuous butterball we see today. Basically, the bigger she gets, the happier and sexier she feels. I doubt Niko's complaining. Of course, you mean an inch of blubber.

Happy to help with the mental workouts. Talking to people on here has helped to give me new ideas and developments for my characters, as well.

Even just an inch around the waist or tummy specifically, but yeah.

the way the fat goes on her body just sort of changes over time.. opposite to how you might think.

Let's just say, Niko may or may not have something to do with the growth in Suzie's metabolism.

Really? Because after Suzie's first pizza binge, the fat seemed to distribute itself evenly all over her body. Come to think of it, does that mean it made her face thicker, as well? I think that would definitely affect her appearance. I will say that at her current size, she looks very busty and bottom heavy. It seems the majority of the fat has gone to her breasts, belly, legs, and butt. Just curious, does she gain weight in her tail, too? I've noticed a lot of examples of weight gain with anthros' bodies growing fatter while their tails remain unchanged, as if they didn't have any fat cells back there.
Considering how turned on Niko sounded at the prospect of Suzie fattening herself up, I could believe him having some influence when it comes to her packing on the pounds. Who wouldn't find it comfy when hugging her? Though I don't think "metabolism" is the proper term. If Suzie's metabolism were to rise, that would mean she would digest her food more quickly and burn a higher amount of calories when doing so, which would likely cause her to lose weight. I think a more appropriate word would be "appetite".

Keep in mind anything I say may or may not have a giant asterisk behind it, for as I have previously mentioned I am pretty much pulling it all out of my ass.*

I like the idea of characters getting plump tails though, I always do it to Seamus and Suzie X3

As for Niko's influence, you may or may not see in a story i'm in the process of processing.

As for Suzie's rear end being bigger, well, I like butts.  And legs.  It's just a thing.

Everybody has their own tastes and if they wanna make the parts that are best in their own mind bigger, by all means, they are the ones drawing it. X3.


As for the metabolism/appetite thing.  Yeh. I words good sometimes.

Fair enough.

Cool. To me, it only makes sense. Of course, that's probably because I often prefer to see a more even distribution of weight where it affects all parts of the body, as opposed to having it be concentrated in one or two specific areas.

I look forward to seeing what you come up with.

No complaints about the booty. A few of my more curvacious female OCs have some extra junk in the trunk, too.

I'm not arguing against that. Sometimes, I just prefer to see a somewhat more realistic anatomy when it comes to weight gain, with some exceptions.

As an aspiring writer myself, I have an eye for that sort of thing.

One last thing i have to say is a lot of this stuff was written for me... like... for reasons >.>

I hadn't thought about actually putting it up here until very recently, so there may be a shift in style and word choice because I try to be PG-13...ish... on Deviantart (or at least y'know... trying not to upload straight up smut)
