Description

The first day for a new Generation at Jackal Hill Academy. The Academy sits high atop Jackal Hill. A rising of jagged rock and treacherous terrain adorn the landscape making ascent to the Campus a challenge unto itself.

Academy Legend tells of a student who tunneled a shortcut through the rock leaving behind a passageway. Others have tried to trek the same tunnel only to return confused while some never returning at all.

Jade Dragon is well aware that new students always try the shortcut. Their nativity is his prosperity. He awaits the foolhardy beaming with anticipation.

Young Blackwire believes himself prepared. He has fashioned a portal generating toaster that will allow him passage thru the tunnel AND serve as his entry prototype for the admission into Jackal Hill's highly acclaimed Science Club.

In and thru he went and out he came. Blackwire noted that the portal's field was larger than he had calculated. Having traveled with him were some of his physical surroundings from the Hill's base. Adjustments will have to be made.

BOO!

Blackwire is so startled from the ominous feeling he loses his senses for a moment. In that moment he lost his grip and jostled the device up. Only to see it come crashing down and breaking open.

Jade Dragon: "Oops. You should be more careful. Looks like I'm the first in a long time to make it through that death trap. I'm gonna be a big deal toaster-kid. Tell ya what..You can do my homework as a reward. You're my first Acolyte.

I'm not normally this generous, its making me hungry. Say Toaster-brat use those smarts and get me some breakfast."

As Blackwire stared at the smouldering remains of his Science Club entry he scarcely heard Jade going on while neither noticed the voices approaching from behind them.
