This piece has a good layout. You can tell the two mares are in the foreground and the males are in the background thanks to the proportion differences. Keeping the background color neutral does partially work for the most part, but the shade of it does clash a bit with the brighter colors shown. I think if the color was softer it might have worked better. Also since you added shadows to the figures, it would have been nice to see cast shadows behind the figures. And you weren't as consistent with your highlights. One little nick pick, the pants of the purple mare, they should have been a different color all together since they look too similar to the background color. One last small issue is the chest area of Secret Dreamer. You should have had another curve to show the other breast. The neckline of the shirt generally gives the indication of where the chest should be and it doesn't look like she has another breast.
All the other forms do appear anatomically correct though. The use of font here was appropriate and I do like the variety of colors. You kept the layout unified by repeated similar colors throughout the piece. If your goal was to emphasis the females first, you succeeded because they are in the foreground. Overall an interesting piece, just with those few issues I saw.
