My thoughts on the Oc:

The colors looked pretty fitting. I wasn't quite sure with the hair but then, it turned out good when I used the colors and did shading. The clothes are perfect and I loved the stripes of the skirt and the note on the shirt. I kinda forgot to add the star and the scar on the Oc's face But, then, she still looks pretty without them. Her tail is quite unique and a little odd because I've never seen any HTF Oc with a tail of an object. But, for an all, the Oc is very cute!

I don't give ratings on Ocs. Just thoughts. :>
