Inspired by the Lunar Chronicles' book and character of the same name.

I'm quite proud of this. It's a bit paint-ier than I usually make my drawings, but after doing the Bray Wyatt drawing, I just really wanted to make something similar. I might draw the other girls later, but Scarlet is my favorite to draw, and probably my favorite character next to Carswell.

That cape, though.
