So I got a new tablet finally <3 Wacom Intuos5 Large Touch, and it's awesome O_OAnyway this is my oc Rikki Falls.
What I used was my tablet Sai and Photoshop
Smoke,Dragon Brushes= I DO NOT OWN THEM GOT THEM FROM DA!
