Description Eh... He needs sanded a bit more on the sides of his face - and his horns have cracked a bit more around the base. I'll have to paper mache around them before painting.

It could, couldn't it? If I hollowed it out or carved something similar into a more durable material.

Yeah. Not sure how they do it but I think they make and take a latex mold from the hard cast like this, then they go on from there. there'll be vids for that stuff on youtube no doubt.

Yeah, I'm pretty sure you need to make an inside mold of a person's face, as well... Or maybe I'm thinking of more high quality custom masks? o,o
