Lively fiddle music sang through the night air, all through the lantern-lit streets there was lively dancing and whooping mice. Even several rats and well-doing lizards had come out to sit on the porches under the stars, passing around cold jugs of sweet tea or other drinks.
In the thick of the fun, Bo was staggering around holding on to the shoulders of Daisy and Violet.
"Ankle alright?" Daisy asked as Bo as he limped slightly.
"Its fine!" Bo grinned, having too much fun to let a sprain slow him down.
Dennis ran up and thumped him heartil between the shoulder blades. "Wouldn't've happened if you didn't jump on the table!"
"I forget it was the one with a squeaky leg!" Bo rolled his eyes.
"Well I don't think he'll forget again in a hurry." Violet grinned and looked down the street. "Awe, Bo is that Charlie?" she twittered seeing Charlie dancing at the far end of the main street in from of the bright lit windows of the general store.
"Awwwwe." Daisy cooed. "He actually dosn't dance half bad! And she's looks like a sweety too."
"Yeah, she's pretty top notch." Bo grinned at Jacy as they spun to the livey fiddle song. "And dangit that girl's gonna clean meout five dollars!"

Charlie paused as the song ended, a lot of the company was retiring into the saloons and resteraunts to sit and visit. A few stragglers remained outside.
Charlie flicked an ear hearing Davey start to strum his guitar nearby.
"One last dance?" Jacey asked, brushing hair from her face.
Charlie nodded as Davey continued to play and started and dance with her once more. His green eyes bright and happy.

Bo grinned and looked towards the Social Club porch. "Let's retire up there, leave those two crazy kids alone." he winked at Dennis and the four set off like a wobbly three-legged race.
