To me this picture entails emotions of a creature who is damned by his kind or other kind for being less powerful. Critters just like people and cultures, are abused who aren't as smart in one part of their culture and aren't as class strong, get looked at as vulgar or dirty mutants.

I love this... It made me think of the story from Scary Stories 3 I think.. The one about the girl who gets a "dog" that follows her home in the streets of Mexico and it turns out to be a hairless diseased sewer rat.. Joy. ^_^
