Feline anatomy is different from canine anatomy. Many cats do have some kind of "extrabelly" (not the right word but i can't think of the correct term to save my life) and the thick fur also seem to reinforce that look. In fact, they're just fluffy - not pregnant or fat.

Beautiful work! I love the sepia tones being contrasted by the green eyes. The shape of the lynx is very interesting, almost geometric. And I love the pose and gradients of grey and browns. Such an interesting piece!
