Oh, this scene ist SO GREAT. Great animation style, very disturbing. First they wanted to animate the whole movie in that style but they changed their mind, it would have been too dark and cruel (it would have been AWESOME, though).
I didn't have this scene in mind while drawing this, but yes, Mendel's puppetdance influenced me very much in general.

I found that movie incredibly disturbing, but what an incredible and influential piece it was! I was very moved by it, and could see a lot of political undertones. I'm disappointed I only got to see the dub, I need to watch the German version still...
Yes it would have been awesome to have the whole movie in that style! Though I probably would never had recovered XD

0o That is a doodle? No way. I guess I'm to used to the way my doodles look which usually consist of stick figures when I'm bored in class haha. The texture of it really stuck out at me and I love the fox puppet's facial expression ^^. Good Work
