The thin look and those eyes make it appear rather ghostly. I really like this one, it has a sense of mystery and a solemn atmosphere. Weird enough to cause shivers down the spine. The roughness of the whole picture really adds to it to! Sometimes, scribbles are great because they are a little raw section of the mind of the artist. The state your mind sees it in, and i'm intrigued by this small peek.
