From an old game idea I had, this would be a Pokemon sealed away that the villains want to revive.It is the Pokemon of Decay and atrophy, and is Bug/Ghost type. The people who wish to revive it are a doomsday cult who believe humanity messed up somewhere and needs to be reset.
