SPD - 110 > 115 (+5)
SPE - 85 > 110 (+5)

New Moves to Ledian's repertoire: Meteor Mash, Vacuum Wave, Wish, Aurora Veil, and Close Combat.

The goal was to keep the Bug/Flying type, but turn the rather pointless Iron Fist into something much better. Vorpal Fist gives you amazing coverage in the Special Attacking side now, with moves like the Elemental Punches, Close Combat or Metero Mash.
