Description
A concept for a Mario game made in the Game Boy Color style, a bigger screen means bigger sprites, while still limiting to 3 colors per sprite/tile.

If I had game making talent/skill I'd make an engine to try it out in, but I lack those skills.

The UI:

Instead of Big/Small Mario, you get HP like in the 3D games (3 hearts, new item called a Heart Shroom will restore a lost heart) when you lose all 3 hearts you lose a life. You'd have a Power Up in reserve, then there's the Coin Counter, Run Meter, and Timer/Scores.
