Nifty this would be a cool use of the 3D features in CS5. You could import a pre-made model of a ship and then wrap your image over that model.

ooo! I have no idea how to do that but it certainly sounds a lot easier than the way I went about it lol. Pretty much relied on the clone stamp tool to create the ship out of the surrounding clouds! Am still learning to use photoshop but I am enjoying all the little challenges I am learning my way around
