Rendered in Cinema 4D, I was playing a lot with materials and I think I got a nice skin shader (ignoring the left arm x__x)

Except for that nice little white patch on her right elbow (that's the bone, unfortunately nothing can be done about that), this is a spot-on render of the TRL Tokyo loading screen.
