Yay! After the popularity of my Shego Face Tutorial (and a request or two), I thought it might be nice if I did one of these!I don't know how great a help this will be... and I'm not sure how many mistakes there are in there, since I did this one pretty fast... but I'm happy with it, so I hope everyone else likes it!
NOTE:
Drakken belongs to Disney! This is in no way an official tutorial!

The mullet is all powerful in Drakken's case. We can all assume it's the real reason he seeks to rule the world.

OMGosh!! I need this just as badly too =3 I can never really figure out just where to start everything and what to do next so it comes out just right, y'know =3 .. so, this helps bunches!!
