This is another reference for lukesamsthesecond , for what OO characters fit on which BFB teams. And for this picture only, the reasons are explained.

Death P.A.C.T.
Toothy (he's a daredevil and would help save people's lives even in dangerous situations)
Coney (needs to stick with Toothy, since she's in his alliance, and same reason as Toothy)
Paper Airplane (same reason as above)
Fly Swat (again, same reason as above)
Boxing Glove (was accused of being a murderer, so would join this team to prove he isn't one)

A Better Name Than That
Soccer Ball (is a ball, and would be placed with the other balls here as well)
Ping Pong Ball (same reason as Soccer Ball)
Marble (is best friends with Soccer Ball, and is a great prankster, just like Blocky)
Pearly (she's kind of like a ball, and would be with Marble)
Disc (is best friends with Ping Pong Ball)

Team Ice Cube!
Snowglobe (he has a similar personality to Donut, nice and helpful, but also sometimes a bit grumpy too)
Casey (would be great friends with Barf Bag, Gelatin, and Donut, and would be here to be with Popcorn, despite also being enemies with Snowglobe)
Popcorn (joins along with Casey and Snowglobe, her two best friends)
Light Switch (I can see him being friends with Barf Bag, Donut, and Gelatin as well)

Masky (similar to Puffball in a way, since they're both interested in singing)
Tiki (fits the vibe of the friendships on this team)
Dusty (his dumb personality fits this team and is similar to Marker)
Top Hat (is similar to Fries, due to them both being bossy)

The Losers!
Clock (Clock from BFB is already on this team, so Clock from OO should be here too)
Boombox (him and Clock are arch-rivals, similar to Firey and Coiny from BFDI S1, which makes them both fit)
Locky (would have an obsession with Loser, similar to Cake)
Television (similar to Needle, since they both have nicknames they hate being called)

Iance
Lighter (Snowball would want him on his team due to the amount of people Lighter has killed, especially Tissue)
Pumpkin (since he thinks that he's deadly and evil, he would want to be with Snowball as well)
Candy (similar to Flower, due to only caring about how nice she looks, in her case, her stripes)
Crayon (pretty much similar to Pencil and Match, and Melony would refuse to team up with her, similar to how Book refused to be with Pencil and Match again)

Beep
Cherry (is similar to Yin-Yang, who I also put on this team, due to both being cojoined twins who fight a lot)
Tissue (due to how often he's mistreated by Lighter, he could get some help from Leafy as well)
Kite (is similar to Leafy, since they're both overly nice and can float as well)
Toaster (is similar to Rocky, and Kite would want him on her team)

Bleh
Picture (is similar to Teardrop, since both of them can't speak)
Melony (is a mistreated character similar to Taco, so she fits here too)
Globe (is also a mistreatd character, and I can see him being friends with Gaty and Saw)
PB&J (seems like an awkward character, and fits here due to being only team left)
