Finished! A commish for ~Jonred13 who was great for being patient with me
I've always wanted to draw RedXIII but never really got around to it so this was a great project to get. Turns out he is really a pain in the ass to color - it's tough getting the red just right ;_;
He's here with Cait Sith about to do his Earth Rave limit break, whee!

Thanks so much! And you are definitely right - he's not common at all. I wouldn't have even drawn him if it wasn't a commission, BUT was so much fun to draw that I started hunting around for other fanart and was so sad there isn't more
