Woah, that's really really good. 
Also, her hand is really well done too.
But the cake is just so good! The highlights are really beautiful and the yellow and brown parts really blend together well because of the jagged edges.
Also, the plate is really detailed too!

oh, the colors on this have a delightful and friendly hue to them, and I love the idea. the highlights on the cake are lovely, and I love the shading on the skin, it's so shiny and cute. nice posing, and I love the highlights in her eyes. the clouds in the BG are a nice soft touch, and I love how there's not overly obvious black lineart on any of the design. good work
