Try to copy some works you like, and just draw regular, every day. Actually I'm not the best person who you can ask the tips, I'd like to learn myself from anybody

Unfortunately I can't say how to manage with imagination... I often start draw just from line or curve without any idea, and then have one just during the progress. By the way I have opposite problems of yours, I can't copy and usually draw using my memory

Some things are from memory, some just from imagination. But I just remeber how any bones and connections look, so I just use that knowledge. It's not like a real bones and connections but in general...

To me,trees represent life and creation as the vegetal world in its whole symbolism. The fact your tree is composed wih skeleton/bones create the opposition i was talking about
But this is Just my feeling!

all skirill works are amazing. the crippled skeletor brothers, spawned from the same sickly father. A world of pain and torment.

I know it looks like, but actually I don't mean pain and suffer for them) They're just like trees...
