Ah, now these guys were a challenge.Well, Tooter was really easy. But since I never drew his parents before and I was completely incapable of attempting it from memory, I waited until references were available and then I did it.
Tooter's mother has quite a rough voice... Like she's voiced by a dude. Maybe that's because she is voiced by one! D:
They do that ALL the time. >:I

Weren't his parents voiced by Welker too? Cause Frank Welker (Fred Jones/Hefty Smurf) did Tooter's Vocals and his parents sound just like him
