Not bad~ Although as a Milotic lover myself I have to give some feedback.
When I see this picture, the idea is fine, but the deployment is kind of stiff. The human girl, whose name I forget, should have more depth and weight to their bodies. Instead, it looks flat and doesn't really add much to the picture.
As for the Milotic itself, the size is really inconsistent. You should aim for the head to be no wider than the widest part of the body, and it's far too big.
So really: work on adding depth, weight and shadows to the picture. Also work on consistency with the Milotic's size.
I do like the idea, and I hope you take this critique well!~

okej I not fully get what you mean but I think I get the point, the girl (who is the new female trainer for sun and moon, who I call for Moon until we get a confirmed name)
not seems to effect Milotic´s tail and so,like she´s not weigh much and yeah Shadows are something I need to practice on
thought when I drew sketches,I tend to be more for using shadow...probably since well pencil sketches can easier be changed then ink markers
as for Milotic well...I did´t looked at any size difference charts or so and I have not drew it before so my focus was more on details then size control in a way I guess

If you want I can sketch you out a small size reference for a Milotic. I tend to have a good grasp on the size and scope of the creature, as it's ironically one of the Pokemon I draw the most. As for what I meant by weight, it just doesn't really look convincing that she's on the Milotic's tail. A part of me feels like she's floating slightly above it than actually seated on it, so that's really what I meant. ^^
Have you ever considered transferring over to digital art? It gives a lot more freedom as to fix up and polish images without using up paper and whatnot.

well if you want so but not necessary right now,I not plan to draw Milotic for time being but if I do in later future I will be looking more about size of it
okej,so sorta what you like to see is the tail having signs of being under some pressure?
well several people as asked me the same thing and sure I can see some clear benefits like editing and easier to storage as papper in pile vs some flies on computer
but still I have no plans on going over to digital art...I have tried doing some but it did´t felt good
and well I see it make less freedom in a way as one have to do it on the computer so one can´t do it when you like as you need to have your computer with you, okej that can be easy fixed with an bag but in comparison to a simple drawing block which by the way don´t need electricity to work...then I have harder to focus on drawing when I have my computer on
so to sum it to me the choice of stick to traditional feels better then to begin digital drawing

Fair enough with the traditional to digital. ^^ I just thought that it'd be a suggestion is all.
But anyways for the tail to be under some pressure I guess the primary focus would be: 1) To have some shading to it, since flat colors tend to make it look like there's no weight. 2) To have Moon take a more slumped stance instead of the kind of stiff pose she has here. But, with practice comes more development of one's art, and I hope to see more from you! ^^
I really do like the concept of your gallery as a whole, and I can't wait to see what you come up with in the future. >u<

Okej
I see, okej well when I drew it I thought Moon got a quite a relaxed pose well not a fully relaxed but atleast relaxed
But I suppose you might be after a more of a pose where she isn't able sit up or so then?
And yeah practise make one better and well I see it as one do it every time you draw but it's more or less at certain times
Well is good you like my pics overall ^^
