I think if Sombra had more expressions like this, then more people might've liked him initially.

Yea. I can see how people think he is not the best antagonist of the series, being undeveloped unsympathetic and lacking speaking lines. But that's what makes his character really work for me, is picturing him as sort of natural disaster, thing that can not be reasoned or negotiated to the point when he is no longer a character but a vague threat.
