Anyway, really like this one, only criticism is I think it needs some more focal text; doesn't quite look right up there... I think something as simple as making the top line larger than the bottom and/or making 'Stalin' red.

I think it's supposed to be a metaphorical strike: he's targeting the middle of the US, i.e. its heart. It could easily create an uproar if it were targeted at the east or west coasts, but if it's placed in the centre, it shows the nation it affects everyone equally.
