Minor update: Apparently his inner flesh is blue, so fixed that there as well

UPDATE: Gave him his new horns and also drew in all the scales that I didn't have the patience for before. If you want to compare this to the old version, you can still find it in my sta.sh: sta.sh/04kzikplsub

I didn't NEED Verno's larger form to be in the height chart, but I knew that I COULD get him to fit if I made him all tangled into a pile of snek. Absolutely not in the mood to draw all of his scales for something like this, so I took a shortcut as usual. Very much liking the head though, gave it a bit more shape by combining king cobra and viper features, plus exaggerating the brow spikes more. I don't think he's venomous though, so he got those constrictor teeth instead.
