His legs look a bit thin and a bit short, and his body needs to be more horizontal, less of an angle (Head & tail should be on the same level), but I am sure you already knew that
Aside form those couple of tweeks tis looking really really good

Looking very good! I like the way the oranges, greens and purples all compliment each other. Adds a mystical element to the tyrant lizard king.
