My only question is what had changed in Ein?
Sure, he had some issues being the Omega, but he has changed for the worse and is directing that anger to Arron for no clear reason.
He was selected by Arron's broken heart in PDH, but what could have affected him so much that he would openly hate Arron?
Also, the Demon Warlock was in the episode, so in some way, Travis may be part of this whole thing as well.

I have a full theory about what happened. Ein stated that Aaron and Blaze had overturned him as Alpha, so of course he became an Omega again. But this time the other werewolves and students in general might have rejected him. So, Ein basically was living his high school in isolation. He eventually put together that his suffering and loneliness was the fault of Aaron. Ein grew cold and cruel with a pure hatred for Aaron. The episode also hints that Ein had his heart severely broken because perhaps Aphmau rejected him and/or Aaron took her back. Remember those pictures of Aphmau in the house? It suggests that Ein was stalking her for a long time and was *DEEPLY* in love with Aph. So that broken heart hurt him emotionally and mentally. So he stuck a deal with the Demon Warlock/Snake-Eyed Man. Ein would find the emeralds and the Demon Warlock/Snake-Eyed Man would make the potions. Most likely the Warlock just used him as a pawn and left, breaking the deal once he was finished with his 'work'. Ein tried desperately to create the forever potions but only succeeded a few times in his many attempts.
He captures Lucinda to make the potions for him and uses her and Zane as a lure. And then Aaron gets stabbed off a cliff by mind-controlled Aphmau.
That is my theory on what had happened.
