This here is my half of an art trade with the awesome a great GREAT artist ...do yourself a favor and check her stuff out!!! she wanted to see my take on "Jack the Ripper" so I had fun playing around with styles and such and experimented with shading/coloring. so let me know what you guys think!!!Related content

Not quite how I imagine Jack .I always imagined him as a normal looking person with psychopathic tendencies, lack of value for human life, the skill of a surgeon, and maybe some supernatural powers. Maybe.

the burn tool is a tough balance to strike. On the one hand, it can be a very quick and easy companion to tweak shading, but it can become overdone in a big hurry. I think for the most part here you struck a good balance. The lower half of his body just seems a tad too over-shaded to be on par with the rest. The shading on the forearms is particularly well done, I think, so it distracts ever so slightly to see clean shading contrast with the gradation on the lower section.
Otherwise, a sweet and skulljammed piece!
