OSC Oversized Sketch card of the Staypuft Marshmallow man.This timely commission is for a big 5 yr old GB fan (yeah start 'em young on the good stuff).
And only one week till I totally nerdgasm out over the GB video game

I use a color lead for my pencil either blue or red then i ink it with Staedtler pigment liner pens then onto markers. The paper stock makes a big difference with markers so experiment with different paper stock if you're playing around with markers.

ah interestin... cuz i have copic, and prisma,,,and was thinkin of what kind of paper would work for both instead of wastin so much for 2 different brands of paper type of thing cuz with the economy like this... its gonna be expensive

80lb Hammermill works best for me, but its very slick and makes pencil unable to be erased. Plus it needs some time for ink to dry but its great for the markers. the copics are wonderful for blending.

I've used copics but i don't own them, the price is just too much for me to justify. With a little more work and finesse i can do the same with Prismas.
