and oh so humble prime *eye roll* your art looks good actually, in comparison to m'own attempts, where I can't even draw characters without them looking like disjointed aliens (not an exaggeration), and I like Ruby and Weiss in this, it just looks cute how Ruby is perched up there.
Then again, I'm a firm believer in the white rose pairing, so yeah, almost anything ruby weiss makes me squeal like a little girl. as long as it's not bloody, or violent.

Yes, I can relate to that feeling, I usually feel that way about all of my work, and I'm so critical of myself it's any wonder I publish anything at all. haha.
don't be ashamed of your stuff, publish it, and who knows, maybe other people will see the beauty in it. can't hurt to try, right?
trying to draw on a computer is nearly impossible for me, I much prefer free-hand. Then again, don't have one of those fancy tablets or anything.

my hand-art doesn't get any practice to become better, really. It's the written word that I more often than not exercise, but I am envious of those of you with the talent to draw, where I can only describe the rolling scenery, you people can bring it to life, "make it pop" if you will.
I believe it's the cutest pose of Weiss and Ruby I've ever seen, and I'm considering it in a future story I've been fussing with on/off. as long as you don't mind.
drawing tablets are expensive to my knowledge, so yeah. that's a thing.
