The scene was definitely freaky
The anime was very cool, too bad it was very overlooked thanks to the oversaturation of anime of the following kinds in the US
- Shonen
- Giant Robots
- Anime featuring girls with big tits
- (nearly) Anything from Shonen Jump
- Anything that will scream big bucks in terms of merchandising (i.e. Pokemon, Beyblade, Digimon and Yu-Gi-Oh!)
I have all 3 DVDs of the anime and Soft Vinyl toy of Gregory (even in toy form, he creeps me out -- i just don't know why)

as for N. Iwata's Pecola, the last known place it was seen was on Qubo Channel, a cable channel that hardly ANY cable or sattelite provider carries nationwide

Ooooh, this is a nice pic of Gregory; I liked that scene in the anime and game.
The whole scene with the hotel rising from the ashes almost like a phoenix is pretty awesome.
And also to answer things on the manga, I'm part of a team of fans that are translating the manga ( I'm the scanner) and so far, we've had three chapters translated and localised
