Villefort/Mondego is not my thing, but without thinking of the contest for this scene, artistically speaking you did a great job with the base 👌
you re-produced their outfits from the "I know those eyes/This man is dead" animatic very well (nice the adding of boots/shoes)!
I especially adore how turned out Shycédès, she is so adorable with her dress in the MLP style
(the only thing I could point out is that you forgot one of Monte-Rainbow's ears xP)
