In 1918, a Swedish taxidermis started a practical joke that would echo through the urban legends and long-term chuckles of the country. Constructing a mutant animal by the parts of a mountain hare and a wood grouse, he claimed it to be an entirely new species that he had shot while hunting - the skvader.

While people quickly saw through his guise, I like to think that there is something to it... and somewhere out there, on the Swedish countryside, there's an entire army of winged bunnies laughing at our naivety...
