Description
High Mobility Unit - Nicknamed Codenamed: Frogger.[Technical Ramblings]
Designed to maneuver in highly uneven terrain, the HMU-045 is equally able in a dense urban environment. It's pneumatic driven system allows it to propel itself up to 30m in a straight jump. Eschewing heavy weaponry, momentum is its preferred weapon. A kick from its leg at close range can buckle any mobile armour, while its long arms can hurl any object it can grasp to speed of up to 180km/h. However, its light armour cannot defend against anti-tank weaponry, preferring to use its mobility to outrun and dodge its opponents.
[Ergonomic Ramblings]
The whole legs of the pilot being enclosed in the thigh of the suit while also moving with it will be a nightmare in terms of control. The robotic arms which mimic the pilot's, means that the arms cannot reach upwards. It may be solved by exaggerating the pilot's movements, but finesse of control would be lost. The use of the pilot's arms to control the robotic arms also means that they can't be used for anything else like buttons, switches or triggers.
[Artistic Ramblings]
Ignore Ergo's words. Don't you think that this is an awesome, rarely-seen design?

Just found this... Try referencing landmates from Masamune Shirow's Appleseed.

Thanks. Am aware of the Landmates from Appleseed.
Just my take on trying to solve the problem of where the pilot's arms/legs should go on a small power armor without creating too many joints/gaps in the armor.
